The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform. These Terms are to be read with the Tolo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of these Terms, please do not use this Platform.

Our Services (as described below) and these Terms comply with the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, including all amendments and rules framed under it. We do not access or read any information stored on your device without your permission. Tolo is designed to provide a unique, engaging, and personalized experience tailored to your needs.

GENERAL NOTES ON CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  1. Tolo offers a premium subscription plan, available on a monthly or annual basis.
  2. Recurring subscription fee: i. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] with your registered mobile number or email ID. ii. We will process your cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your request. iii. Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable. iv. For iOS users, payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage your subscriptions in your App Store account settings. v. You will continue to receive premium benefits until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation.
  3. The Company reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation of these Terms in case of disputes.
  4. Disputes shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
