Spot is a family safety application that enables consent-based location sharing among approved family members. The Application is intended solely for personal family use.

Spot does not provide social networking, public content sharing, messaging, or media hosting features.

2. Eligibility & Family Use

• You must be legally permitted to use the Application under applicable laws.
• Minors may use the Application only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The parent or guardian is responsible for managing permissions and location sharing for minors.

3. User Consent & Responsibilities

By using Spot, you agree that:

• Location sharing occurs only after explicit user consent
• You will not use the Application to track anyone without their knowledge or permission
• You will use the Application only for lawful and ethical purposes
