Date to Marry - Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA) Welcome to Date to Marry! These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Date to Marry mobile application (the "App") and services provided by Date to Marry. By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree, you must not use Date to Marry.

1. Acceptance of Terms By using Date to Marry, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any future updates. Date to Marry reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of Date to Marry after such updates signifies your acceptance.
2. Eligibility and Account Creation Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use Date to Marry. Accurate Information: When registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your login credentials.
3. User-Generated Content and Conduct Profiles: You can create profiles for yourself, including images, descriptions, and other content. Content Guidelines: Your content must not be harmful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Prohibited Behavior: You may not: Post content that infringes on others’ rights or violates any laws. Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others. Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior. Zero Tolerance: Date to Marry enforces a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and account termination.
4. Content Moderation and Reporting Filtering: Date to Marry uses automated tools to filter and detect objectionable material, including inappropriate language or images. Flagging System: You can report inappropriate content or behavior through our flagging feature. All flagged content will be reviewed by our team. Blocking: If you encounter abusive users, you can block them directly within the App to prevent further interaction.
5. Review and Action on Reports Response Time: Date to Marry will investigate flagged content within 24 hours and take appropriate action, such as removing content or banning users. Consequences: Depending on the violation, Date to Marry may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users for repeated or severe misconduct.
6. User Interaction and Safety Match and Meet: Users can interact through profiles and match to arrange meet-ups. All interactions should be respectful and in line with the app’s purpose. Safety: You are responsible for your personal safety during in-person meetings arranged through Date to Marry. We recommend meeting in public places. Liability: Date to Marry is not liable for any real-world interactions or incidents that may arise from user meetings or interactions.
7. Privacy and Data Handling Data Collection: By using Date to Marry, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes profile data, and interactions on the platform. Data Protection: We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect user data. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you accept the risks of online data transmission. Third-Party Services: Date to Marry may use third-party services to operate the App, but we will not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property Date to Marry Ownership: Date to Marry retains all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and content created by Date to Marry. User Content: You retain ownership of your user-generated content but grant Date to Marry a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content within the app.
9. In-App Purchases If Date to Marry offers in-app purchases, you agree to use Apple's In-App Purchase system. All transactions are final, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

11. Limitation of Liability As-Is Service: Date to Marry is provided on an “as-is” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or performance of the App. No Liability: Date to Marry is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from user interactions or meet-ups. You assume all risks associated with using Date to Marry.
